Return for Exchange/Credit

If you are not completely satisfied with your Ecowrist product our return policy is as follows:
All merchandise purchased at ecowrist.com may be returned within 7 days upon receipt for an exchange or Ecowrist credit (subtracting the original shipping and handling fees). The credit is only usable online. Ecowrist credit is valid for six months from date of issue. Once your credit has expired it becomes invalid.

Please note that all Ecowrsit products are individually crafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations add to the unique beauty and personality of each piece. We also have made every effort to display as accurate as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, colors also depend on your monitor and we cannot completely guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color is completely accurate.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise. We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Instructions for making a return: To make a return or exchange you must first obtain a return authorization number. 
Please note returns will not be accepted without an RA number.

Warranty

Ecowrist offers a one year warranty that covers all internal mechanisms and manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover broken crystals, batteries or damage caused by misuse. Avoid dropping or subjecting your watch to impact.  Avoid contact with water, perfumes, soap, creams, detergents or any other kind of chemical products.  Clean with a soft and dry cloth.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. No credit or exchange will be accepted.

Shipping

All items purchased online via the Ecowrist website  are shipped via FedEx.  There will be free shipping on retail priced items with orders of 3 or more pieces.  All orders are shipped from New York. The price of shipping is determined by the weight of the package and its destination. Due to items being handcrafted, the average delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks from time of purchase. Sales tax are determined on a state to state basis.
